This is not the place to go for extensions. In June, I got extensions for my wedding. The extensions did not match my hair and were placed unevenly. See attached photos. I reached out to the stylist directly and she was able to fix it within a week, which was great. However, in a matter of four weeks ALL of the extensions fell out. I make an appointment to have them reinstalled in July. I show up to the appointment and am told she will not have time to do my whole head. The earliest appointment I can get is August 21st, which is four weeks before my wedding. I make the appointment and am told the stylist will reach out to me if an earlier appointment opens. I never hear from her. August 21st comes and I get a text in the morning saying that she needs to cancel my appointment and wouldn’t be able to see me until 9/20. That is AFTER my wedding. She completely forgot that the extension were for my wedding, which should have been in her notes. I wasn’t given a refund and had to scramble to get an appointment at another salon before my wedding. This was so stressful. I will still continue to get my hair colored here, but please save your money and get extensions elsewhere.

I look at my lashes in the mirror every morning and I’m overly impressed. I absolutely love big natural lashes so I’ve put a lot of time into growing mine and Laci adds the perfect curl that lasts through my hot showers, through my mascara removal, and through me (gently) rubbing my eyes. I was not at Rejuve, I was next door, at the Red Wing Shoe store, buying work shoes for my new job. The huge selection was "on" the wall-s, with very good descriptions of the various shoes. Jerry, the associate , was/is very knowledgeable about the shoes and very personable, the kind of person/employee a business would want to have on its staff. Rejuve's COVID-19 safety guidance/rules are phenomenal! I scheduled an appointment for 9am. I texted the front desk from my car when I arrived and someone came outside to check my temperature and provide me with a disposable mask. Jill took me right back, gave me a great cut, and sent me on my way. I had put my credit card information down when I scheduled, so an employee just verified the total and I verbally confirmed the tip I wanted to add to the bill. I used some hand sanitizer available at the front desk but I don't think I touched a single thing while inside-- an employee even opened the door for me upon entry and exit. I saw Jill sanitize the chair I was in as soon as I hopped up. I hope that every business adopts such stringent rules. Thanks, Rejuve and Jill!

From the moment I walked into Rejuve salon I knew I was going to have a great experience. I was accidentally 30 mins early but they greeted me and Kaitlyn was all ready to take me back to start working on my hair. Before she started doing anything she took the time to really understand what I wanted done and even explained the different levels of brown before black when it comes to hair dye. She covered my haircut with me and I have to say her technique was flawless. The color she put on me is rich and dark and exactly what I wanted. The haircut she gave me was easily one of the best I’ve ever received and normally I don’t like when a hairdresser styles my hair after cutting or coloring it but all she did was blow dry it with a round brush and it was silky smooth, soft, and had perfect curl, I was so impressed and a little sad I can’t recreate it because it was that good! I will definitely be back, Kaitlyn was amazing!!

Buyer beware - when you book your appointment they do not make you aware that there are premium stylists. When I found out that my son's hair cut was $42.00 and asked for a credit because all other cuts had been $25.00 - $32.00 they refused any type of credit at all and were extremely rude even though all 3 of my sons and my husband have been going there for years. I am moving to California and just had my last haircut with Danyelle. I will greatly miss her friendship, her smile and the cuts she gives me. I'm one of those people that likes to hear her stylist's opinion and ideas. Danyelle has always given me great suggestions and gives me an awesome cut. I trust her totally. I had a vision in my head that I wanted the dead ends off of my hair, to even up the shorter hairs that used to be an undercut, and then to have layers to lighten up my hair since it’s so thick. All of that was accomplished and more! Every time I go to an appointment, I’m always blown away by everyone’s incredible talents. I was very disappointed with my service at Rejuve. I am in the process of changing nail technichians since the woman I have gone to for years retired. She mentioned that a couple of her other clients had come to Rejuve Spa. I thought I would try it. The original appointment seemed to go ok, however, my gel nail polish began peeling off two days later. I called that day to make an appointment to get them fixed. They scheduled me with a different nail technician who does not do gel nails. No one there was available to fix my peeling nails. I was leaving for a four day trip the next morning, so I was unable to make another appointment. I asked for some money back. Mind you, I wasn’t asking for a full refund. They offered me $10, when I had paid $90. I said that wasn’t suitable. I wanted $20 back. The manager told me she would only go to $15 and that it was the principle of the matter. What?! She was making me out to be the one at fault for a bad job done. I was insulted. She was rude. Customer service is not her forté!! I don’t leave comments normally, but am compelled to leave one now. I was looking to find a new place to go and recommend to others. This is not it. I contacted my retiring nail tech and told her not to recommend this place.

I began going to Rejuve this past year, starting with a cut. I live on the Zionsville/Carmel border and had always seen the salon while driving on Michigan. I prefer Aveda-based salons so I felt I’d be in good hands no matter which stylist I was matched with, which ended up being Faiza. I feel like I won the lottery of stylists — I enjoy every moment with Faiza (!!!), and we’ve progressed from that initial cut into now detailed color/highlights. She listens carefully to my thoughts and also offers exceptional guidance on how to achieve my goals, as well as adds her own suggestions for my consideration. Faiza has SO much passion for her craft so it’s always exciting to try new things with her. She’s gentle, sweet and I love that she understands long hair and how to maintain its health (my hair is almost down to my waist). As I told Faiza at my last appointment, she’s now “my girl.” :) The remaining staff is always super friendly and accommodating. High fives to everyone for making my experiences so joyful.

Great shampoo and blow out! I have been here often, and almost always have a great experience! Karyn is usually my go to girl. Always walk out feeling fantastic after she is finished. I have always had severe anxiety about getting my hair cut and colored. So much so that I honestly only cut it like.. once a year and I had never put color in it. I had always wanted to get highlights but could never bring myself to. I scheduled an appointment with Lindsey after reading great things about her and doing my research. From the moment I walked in she was fantastic! She understood that I wanted to keep my hair long and was sure to check with me before cutting it that the length was okay. She helped pick out the colors for my highlight and didn’t make me feel rushed. Lindsey did such an amazing job! Definitely will be going back to her!!

The express pedicure was a really nice. A nice soak and sit in the massage chair and the gal softened up my rough feet with oils and lotions and did a nice paint. My only two comments are that it is my third pedicure and the only one that actually hurt a bit when she was filing. Something about the way she tilted the file was cutting into my skin and I had to say something. The other was that I mentioned bringing an older woman in who had feet in not so good shape and was asking if that is done here and she avoided giving me an answer. To me, that’s a “no.” It felt awkward and I would have rather had a straight “no” and suggestion of where to go. Otherwise it was a nice pedicure!

This is a great salon offering many services. I have only gotten my hair cut so I cannot speak to the other services. They use Aveda products. There are a variety of stylist with different skill levels and therefore, different price points. When new, call ahead and ask for a recommendation. I recommend Lauri who has years of experience!

So I spent the day here with the Day of Beauty package and it was AMAZING! Started off with a much needed massage with Raj then a facial with Sarah that made me feel like a new human. Ended with a pampering mani/pedi and a blowout with Faiza and I left feeling like a new woman!! Will definitely be coming back! All of the ladies who worked with me were absolute perfection (and I’m sorry if I misspelled your names)! This is a new salon for me and with a new salon there is always a little worry that all will go well. The people at Rejuve were just so nice from the helpful and kind receptionist to Winston, the "hair whisperer" personified. I felt listened to and cared for during my time there. My hair (which often seems like it has a life of it's own..) came out with the lovely color I had hoped for and my cut and style came out very, very well. The complimentary foot soak, foot rub and massage chair experience as well as the mini facial (also complimentary) were the cherries on top. Thank you for a great experience. So glad I made an appointment! I requested a hair cut and bright colors underneath after years of settling for Great Clips and coloring at home. Wilson did such a great job doing exactly what I requested. He was easy to talk with and made the 3 hours of bleach, color, and cut fly by! The charge was also less than what he quoted, so that is always a plus. My hair now has the bright colors I love but still professional for work. I'll be back again in a couple months for a retouch. Great shop and Wilson is awesome!
